This policy was amended on 27 June, 2025. Your continued use of our website means that you agree to the policy as amended and that you agree to other policies that are read together with this policy.

Physical Products

If you want to cancel your order for physical products, you must inform us within one day of making a purchase. If the cancellation occurs after your order is shipped, the ‘Returning Your Order’ policy described below will apply. In that case, you must wait for the item to arrive and follow the process outlined in the ‘Returning Your Order’ section.

Returning Your Order

You may return most items in a new, unused condition and in the original packaging. If you have received your order and are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it. To initiate a return, you must inform us within two days of receiving the item (beginning on the day you receive the goods), and you then have seven days to return the items.

A 15% deduction will be made from your total fees for restocking purposes. We do not refund delivery fees, as these are paid to our delivery partners.

Return Shipping Fees Policy

You are responsible for paying return shipping fees. We do not cover the cost of returning items. You will need to pay the shipping fee at the time of returning the items to us. To return items, please contact us to obtain the most up-to-date return address. Do not send return items without confirming the address, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.

Refunds will only be initiated after we inspect the returned items.

Buyer Protection

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. You are protected if:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received, which was assured to be genuine, was fake.

Requesting a Refund

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days, excluding 2-5 days for processing).
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • You do not want the product you received (provided the item is unused and returned at your expense).

We do not issue refunds if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays or natural disasters).

We do not refund return postage fees. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with returns.

Downloadable Products

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download constitutes delivery of the item(s) you purchased.

If you receive an email with instructions to complete your download, the receipt of that email constitutes delivery of the item(s) you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the item(s) or do not receive the email with instructions, you must contact us within five days from the date of your order. If you fail to contact us within this period, the item(s) will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.

We encourage you to create an account on our website as your download will be in your account.

All downloadable products are non-refundable.

Virtual Services

Virtual products are non-downloadable and non-physical products accessible on our website or partner platforms, including but not limited to Zoom, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. These may include courses, consultations, and other services delivered virtually. Unless otherwise stated, all virtual services, excluding courses, are non-refundable.

Courses

Courses can be refunded within ten (10) days of purchase, subject to the conditions below. Please also refer to our Terms of Use for additional details.

Standard 10-Day Guarantee

  • If the course you purchased is not what you expected, you may request a refund within ten (10) calendar days of the purchase date.
  • A 30 % administrative fee will be deducted; therefore, if your request is approved, you will receive a refund of 70 % of the original payment.

Submission of Course Activities

  • No refunds are available once you have submitted any graded or ungraded course activity (including quizzes, assignments, projects, or similar assessments), even if the submission and refund request both occur within the ten-day window.
  • By submitting an activity, you acknowledge that you have begun to consume a substantial portion of the course content and waive your right to a refund.

Method of Refund

Refunds may be issued either as credit to your account or returned to your original payment method, depending on the capabilities of our payment processor and other relevant factors.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny a refund, ban your account, and/or restrict future access to our services if we determine that you are abusing the refund policy. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Consuming more than twenty percent (20 %) of the course content before requesting a refund;
  • Repeatedly purchasing and refunding courses; or
  • Any other activity that, in our sole discretion, appears to be an attempt to exploit this policy.

Expiration of Eligibility

No refund requests will be accepted after the ten-day guarantee period has elapsed. By purchasing a course, you agree to comply with these refund terms and all other provisions outlined in our Terms of Use.

Memberships

All paid memberships are covered by a 10-day refund guarantee. If you decide that your membership isn’t right for you, simply contact us within 10 days of your initial purchase to request a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer’s processing times. After the 10-day period, membership fees are non-refundable, though you may cancel at any time to prevent future recurring charges; you will retain your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

Just like courses, and because memberships are about access to courses, you can request a refund within 10 days of your purchase. A 30% fee will be deducted, and only 70% of your payment will be refunded if eligible.

We reserve the right to issue your refund either as a refund credit or directly to your original payment method, depending on the capabilities of our payment processing partners and other factors. No refunds will be issued for requests made after the 10-day guarantee period has passed.
