Refund Policy

There are different types of products and services that you can buy from Ronald Kaunda. This Refund Policy will describe our policy on refunds.

Physical Products

If you want to cancel your order for physical products, you must tell us within 1 day of making a purchase. You must cancel your order within one day of purchase. If the cancellation happens after your order is shipped, the ‘Returning Your Order’ described immediately below will apply. In that case, you must wait for the item to arrive and follow the process outlined in the ‘Returning Your Order’.

Returning your order

You may return most items in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging. If you have received the order and you are not happy with the purchase, you can return your order. To return your order, you must tell us within 2 days of receiving (beginning on the day when you receive the goods), and you then have 7 days to return the items.

15% of the total cost (item cost) will be deducted from your total fees. We do not refund delivery fees as these are paid to our partners who deliver items to you.

Return shipping fees policy

You are responsible for paying return shipping fees. We do not pay for the return of items. You will have to pay the shipping fee at the time of returning them to us. To return items, please contact us so we can provide you with most up-to-date address. Do not send return items without confirming the address.  We are not responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

We cannot initiate a refund until we inspect the items.

Buyer Protection

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Requesting a refund

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact page.

We do not refund your return postage fees. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with returns.

Downloadable products

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.

If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.

In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.

If all options fail, we may choose to deliver your downloadable product directly to your email as an attachnement. We do not offer refunds for downloadable products.

Virtual services

Virtual products are non-downloadable and non-physical products that you can access on our website or partner platforms including but not limited to Zoom, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. Virtual products may include courses, consultations, and other services delivered to you virtually. Except otherwise stated, all virtual services excluding courses cannot be refunded.


Courses can be refunded within 10 days of purchase. Read the Terms of use for more information. If you aren’t happy with your course, Ronald Kaunda offers a 10-day refund or credit for most course purchases.

If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 10 days of your purchase of the course, that Ronald Kaunda apply a refund to your account. 30% of the amount paid shall be deducted from your payment. We will only refund you 70% if you are eligible for refund. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 10-day guarantee time limit has passed.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion (20%) of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services.
